Mango apps soon coming soon on Marketplace

Windows Phone Mango is out already and yes we are talking about the Fujitsu IS12T. So isn’t it about time we start seeing apps more customized to use the full fledged features of Mango such as fast app switching, background audio, multiple and double-sided Live Tiles and better Search integration ?

Todd Brix, Microsoft’s senior director for Windows Phone marketplace recently announced this in his blog that Microsoft has begun stocking its App Hub for Windows Phone 7 with applications that can take full advantage of the much anticipated Mango update.

Brix also said that users who are running a pre-release version of Mango will be able to download and run the new apps almost immediately, but others will have to wait until Mango is made officially available. Carriers are going to play a real important role when it comes to the update being pushed on your device.

Microsoft has also released candidate (RC) of Windows Phone SDK 7.1 for developers, which includes a “Go Live” license that allows developers to publish their Mango apps on the Windows Phone App Hub.
